Applications
Fluid Bed Dryer is used for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals, Dyes, and Food & Allied Industries.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The Fluid Bed Dryer creates a layer of granular solids through which air streams upward with such a velocity that the particles are slightly lifted and separated but not entrained. The product in Fluid Bed Dryer behaves like a Boiling liquid in which the particles move up & down & Mix constantly. The heat & fluid transfer in the particle is uniform & quick.

- Solid Flow monitor in exhaust duct for sensing powder leakage
- Automatic shaking of Finger bag for dislodging of powder entrapped
- Police filter in exhaust duct for retention of fine powder to enhance life of blower.
- HEPA filtration (0.3 micron) of incoming air
- Dehumidification of inlet air thru chilling coil for better & faster drying
- Entire equipment is equipped with instruments i.e. Rh sensor, Temp. sensor, Velometer, Differential pressure transmitter for filters & auto control of inlet & exhaust damper
- PLC Based operating panel for Auto / Manual / Recipe / Maintenance / WIP Modes.
- Provision of Dry & Wet scrubber for exhaust air treatment before escaping into ambience.
- Wash In Place (WIP) arrangement for cleaning controlled thru PLC
- Flame Proof Construction & Electrical for FLP design.
