Fully automatic form fill and seal machine is operator friendly and a low maintenance machine. This machine is used for packing wide range of products in the form of powder, granules, liquids and paste etc. in LUP (low unit packs). This vertical form fill and seal machine can be customize to pack wide range of products such as Pharma grade Powder, Granules etc. with the suitable dozing system. The machine is elegant, small and require single-phase electrical supply and can be installed almost anywhere. All product contact parts of the machine are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-316. The sophisticated photo registration control system can automatically adjust and correct the pouch repeat within variation range of + 1.5mm. The machine can be easily moved from one to another location as it is built on castor wheels. The machine can be provided with various optional attachments (with an extra cost) like ink coding unit, batch cutting unit, positive unwinding unit and counter as per the customer’s requirement.  Optionally, Provision of  Scrapper agitator can be provided for de-agglomeration of powder which can ensure uniformity of Bulk density.

PRINTER DETAILS

We can provide a Batch Printer on the machine which is electronically linked to the machine Registration System. The printer will print at a designated position on the pouch and is of the Hot Roll type with Hot Roll pre-inked Drum, suitable for upto 3,00,000 impression and print area of 20 mm x 30mm covering four lines with Font size of 2 or 3 mm.
