Ampoules and Vials labelling machine

These state of the art Labelling Machines are used to apply labels on Ampoules & Tubular Vials vertically at very high speed of 200 to 600 per min. These machines are equipped with high-tech latest Digital Servo Technology  used in the machine. The loading & unloading is done with the help of a loading tray / conveyor & collection tray in case of Ampoules & it can be in-line operation in case of Vials. The best engineered design has made machine jerk-less and smooth, which has reduced the breakage to zero limit. With the help of change parts, variety of sizes can be accommodated in the machine. As a unique feature the machine has got one touch single pot synchronized operation without interruption & Speed can be varied on-line from the control panel and display the actual labelling speed.

This machine is suitable for the application of self-adhesive labels of paper & PVC on Ampoules & Vials.
